Karen St. Clair

Hello and Welcome! I’m Karen St. Clair, an Energy Psychology Practitioner specializing in scientifically-proven modalities such as EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Biofield Tuning and Reiki to help clients achieve emotional freedom, life balance and clarity to move forward in their lives.

With over 30 years experience in the energy world, my journey began in the 1990s with Reiki, which profoundly shaped my understanding of energy healing. Later, EFT Tapping changed my life by relieving chronic sciatic pain I endured for 16 years. Inspired by this transformation, I became an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, using this modality to help clients release pain, reduce stress, and find peace.

Blending these modalities, I developed Reiki Tap Renewal℠, a unique combination of Reiki and EFT Tapping that achieves profound energy clearing. I also incorporate Biofield Tuning, a sound therapy technique using tuning forks to clear energy imbalances in the body’s electromagnetic field.

With a background in traditional business and advertising, I bring a unique perspective to my practice that provides the understanding of what executives and staff members need to eliminate their day-to-day stressors.  

Based in Cumberland, Maine, I work with clients both in-person and online, making healing accessible across the globe. I would be honored to guide your journey toward stress-free living and better health.
