What Is EFT Tapping?
EFT Tapping is a research-based modality that uses a gentle tapping technique on specific meridian points of the body—the same energy points used in acupuncture, (without the needles). The combination of tapping on certain meridian points and expressing your true feelings and thoughts, allows EFT to release blocked energy that contributes to emotional and physical distress.
Founded by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT is now used worldwide as a highly effective method for reducing stress, alleviating emotional pain, and promoting healing.
During a session, I will guide you through tapping on your own meridian points while addressing specific concerns. This process sends calming signals to your nervous system, reduces the stress response, and allows your body to release negative emotions.
